Klong Dao BeachÂ
This spectacular three-kilometer stretch of the white powder sand was the first beach to be developed. It is the finest white sand beach on Koh Lanta, and clam waters make it especially safe for children. Due to its width, during the peak season, it never gets crowded, and a short walk will find you a patch without neighbors. The Southern end of the beach has some rocks in the water, and a picturesque fleet of local longtail fishing boats use the natural rock harbor as a base.
